CEA provides free legal advice to civic initiatives and CSOs to address issues of public benefit, and that are directly related to their constituency or specific communities that are marginalized in Kosovar society. Such access to legal advice enhances the advocacy efforts of the communities in taking up causes of public interest, raising awareness, and contributing towards legal literacy as a resource for addressing their rights.
