Hyrije Mehmeti has been part of the civil society since 2014 and from February 2023 joined the KCSF team, where she serves as the Public Relations/Communications Specialist in the Citizen Engagement Activity (CEA), a five-year program implemented in partnership with Usaid Kosovo. Graduated in Journalism and Public Relations at the University of Prishtina “Hasan Prishtina”, she also serves as a teaching assistant at the Department of Journalism, at the abovementioned university. She is author and co-author of various reports and bulletins published while working for the civil society. In 2018, Ms. Mehmeti was part of the International Visitor Leadership Program (IVLP), U.S. Department of State’s premier professional exchange program. Meanwhile from 2019, she has also been serving as a mentor in various Ponder, Podium and Upshift workshops.
