The training aims to provide a range of ICT tools that enable the optimization of internal and external processes of civil society organizations.

The training is structured in order to provide theoretical information on the importance and possibilities that the presented tools bring, as well as practical information about the main steps for navigating the presented tools. During the training, participants have the opportunity to participate in prepared exercises, providing opportunities for navigating the tools in practice. Participation in the exercises is recommended to be done through the use of personal devices that the participants have available (laptop or phone).

This training will focus on, among other things, issues related to:

• Creation of opportunities for internal communication, cooperation, coordination and knowledge management;
• Interaction with beneficiaries, partners and actors through activities developed in the digital environment (eg round table, public discussions, youth engagement, workshops, trainings, conferences, group discussions, volunteering programs, etc.);
• Alignment with target audiences and access to new audiences by better promoting your organization’s profile and activities;
• The increase of transparency;

• Encouraging innovation;
• Providing opportunities for continuous development of the staff and the organizational culture.
