Through the Organizational Development Grants, EJA Kosovo supports NGOs with a clear programmatic direction and strong potential for impact, helping them invest in their internal development and long-term sustainability.

This support can be used for:

• developing staff capacities;
• developing and improving internal systems and procedures;
• drafting internal policies and documents;
• introducing specific software, equipment, methodologies, or approaches;
• developing plans to diversify resources and increase financial sustainability.

WHO CAN APPLY?
Non-governmental organizations registered in Kosovo.

DURATION:
Support from 6 to 12 months.

BUDGET:
Up to EUR 15,000 per grant.
