The Kosovar Civil Society Foundation (KCSF) invites 18-24 year olds from South or North Mitrovica, Skenderaj, Vushtrri, Leposaviq, Zveçan, or Zubin Potok to become part of the third edition of the Community Leadership Academy, which takes place within the Citizen Engagement Activity, a five-year initiative implemented in partnership with the USAID mission in Kosovo.
