Herolinda is a Financial Manager within the Citizen Engagement Activity at KCSF.
She has over 13 years of work experience, mainly in civil society, where she has managed the financial and administrative aspect of many projects from various local and international donors and partners.
She graduated at the Bachelor and Master degree level in the field of Entrepreneurship, Management and Public Policy in Pristina. She is certified for the use of various financial programs, monitoring of institutions at the local level by the OSCE mission. And she is a recipient of the professional certificate program in economics from the Simon Business School at the University of Rochester.
The focus of her work is on improving financial reporting methods that support decision-making, ensure the effective use of financial resources and promote transparency and accountability within and outside the organization.
