Responding to a dearth of professional expertise in specific thematic areas available to CSOs as well as tapping into the potential of exposure to new ideas and working methodologies provided by diaspora, KCSF in collaboration with Germin will provide opportunities of utilizing this exchange. The diaspora professionals present an invaluable resource for CSOs that will undergo capacity building on community organizing and resource mobilization.  As a result, KCSF in partnership with Germin will develop a matching program where diaspora experts will be engaged in various Kosovo CSOs.
