Aiming to improve the advocacy efforts of CSOs, build arguments for civic initiatives and citizens to exercise their rights, CEA provides legal advice to CSOs and civic initiatives.
Free legal advice is available to civic initiatives and CSOs to address issues of public benefit, and that are directly related to their constituency or specific communities that are marginalized in Kosovar society. Such access to legal advice enhances the advocacy efforts of the communities in taking up causes of public interest, raising awareness, and contributing towards legal literacy as a resource for addressing their rights.
In addition, in responding to the rising demand for strategic litigation for cases addressing collective rights and tapping into the potential for civic organizing and awareness raising, CEA identifies and supports cases that fall within the public benefit domain and that are aligned with the goals of CEA.
