Western Balkans civil society landscape is as much about expertise as it is about your presentation. KCSF manages to ace both, coming across as a strong and knowledgeable organization with a vast network of contacts. You can almost always count on them to know someone that you might need for advocacy. They have incontestably managed to build their position across the region, and I definitely see them as one of the top three organizations in the Western Balkans today. Their very existence today is a value added for similar organizations in the region, just by virtue of setting a good example
