“Hands Full of Mercy”, through the grant for organizational development, has managed to compile the strategy of the organization, draft internal documents and increase the capacities of the staff. All of these have helped to promote cooperation with citizens and the advancement of psycho-social services for children with learning disabilities in the municipality of Peja.
