Enes Toska studied architecture and has over 15 years of experience in project management in the civil society sector in Kosovo. He has long worked at the Swedish Foundation Cultural Heritage without Borders and NGO EC Ma Ndryshe, while he has also been engaged as an independent consultant at UN-HABITAT, UNDP, OSCE and various local organizations and companies. He managed several years of programs in the civil society sector and was the author of various research, papers, local plans and strategies. In addition to working with central level institutions and various municipalities of Kosovo, he has been committed to the inclusion of civil society in various policy-making processes. He has a special interest in the field of cultural heritage, spatial planning and tourism.
