{"id":12340,"date":"2023-10-24T12:10:12","date_gmt":"2023-10-24T11:10:12","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/kcsf.rrota.com\/?post_type=open-call&#038;p=12340"},"modified":"2025-10-30T09:20:16","modified_gmt":"2025-10-30T08:20:16","slug":"representation-grants","status":"publish","type":"open-call","link":"https:\/\/kcsfoundation.org\/en\/open-call\/representation-grants\/","title":{"rendered":"REPRESENTATION SUPPORT"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>Within the framework of the EJA Kosovo program, the Kosovar Civil Society Foundation (KCSF) with the aim at strengthening civil society\u2019s role in drafting and implementing policies affecting the communities and the general public by promoting joint activities with partners, provides financial support for regional\/international representation of non-governmental organizations.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>WHO CAN APPLY?&nbsp;<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Representatives of local non-governmental organizations can apply for this form of support, except for the categories of NGOs excluded as follows:&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8211; Despite their legal status, sports clubs, sports federations, amateur cultural associations, or religious organizations, which are registered as NGOs, are not targeted for KCSF grants.\u00a0<br>&#8211; Similarly, NGOs representing businesses or similar entities, which have obvious financial capacities to cover the costs of their organization or sustain their activities, are not targeted for KCSF grants.\u00a0\u00a0<br>&#8211; Likewise, branches of foreign and international NGOs registered in Kosovo are not eligible to apply.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>For the purpose of this call, representatives of the organizations are considered the staff of the organization according to the authorization for representation signed by the competent positions within the organization. The applying organization must not be led by Politically Exposed Persons (PEP), as well as accepts and commits to abide to the Core Values for EJA grants.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>SELECTION CRITERIA&nbsp;<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>For the applicant to be a beneficiary of this support, the representation must aim at least one of the following points:&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>&#8211; Presenting the organization&#8217;s work to a regional\/international audience.\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>&#8211; Presenting or advocating for certain issues of interest to the organization or the country in regional\/international forums.\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>&#8211; Creating opportunities for networking, or strategic collaborations with other regional\/international organizations and donors.\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>&#8211; Presenting the experiences and practices of the operation of the organization or the handling of issues of interest to the country or the organization.\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>WHICH ACTIVITIES ARE SUPPORTED?\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Representation in congresses, conferences, seminars, workshops, symposiums, festivals, strategic meetings, various network meetings (assembly of members, boards, committees) and advocacy meetings.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>APPLICATION&nbsp;<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Applying for this type of support has changed from submitting applications via e-mail to an online application system.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Applicants must provide their information and information on the activity with which they wish to participate and submit the necessary documents <a href=\"https:\/\/grants.kcsfoundation.org\/sq\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">through this application system<\/a>. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The application guideline is available <a href=\"https:\/\/kcsfoundation.org\/en\/document\/application-guideline_support-for-international-representation\/\" data-type=\"link\" data-id=\"https:\/\/kcsfoundation.org\/en\/document\/application-guideline_support-for-international-representation\/\">here.<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>*The video that can be found in this link provides you with the instructions for registration and use of the application system: <a href=\"https:\/\/bit.ly\/3PbAXIC\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">https:\/\/bit.ly\/3PbAXIC<\/a>.
