Training will focus on the use of strategic tools such as logical frameworks, annual and final indicators, problem analysis, theory of change, monitoring and evaluation, project management cycles, and fundraising. Through engagement during the theoretical presentation and practical exercises, participants will increase their knowledge of designing impactful, sustainable and adaptable projects, closely aligned with the mission of their organizations and the needs of the communities they serve.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>When is the training held?<\/strong><strong><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Dates: <\/strong>20 and 21 August, 2024, Prishtina<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>What will you learn in this training? <\/strong><strong><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This training will, among other things, focus on addressing issues related to the following:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Techniques for formulating and organizing objectives within a logical framework;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Techniques for implementing logical frameworks in project planning and management;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Using the problem tree for effective problem analysis and creating comprehensive theories of change;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Understanding the systematic process for setting annual and final measurable indicators, at the project and program level, and their connection to the organization&#8217;s objectives and mission;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The importance of monitoring and reporting indicators;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Theory of change and the project management cycle.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Who can apply and what are the application criteria?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Civil society organizations interested in learning about the impact of the evaluation and the use of data for monitoring are eligible to apply.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Each CSO should nominate 1 member to participate in the training based on their responsibilities within the organization.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Application criteria:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>To be a Civil Society Organization (CSO), registered in Kosovo;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The CSO activity should also include work at the local level;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>To have community activity and\/or interest in involving citizens in the organization&#8217;s work.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>How to apply?<\/strong><strong><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>To participate in the training, we invite you to register through the application form, which you can find by clicking on the following link: <a href=\"https:\/\/bit.ly\/4cem2al\">Application form<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Please complete the application form no later than <strong>15 August, 2024, 13:00.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>For other information, please contact our team at the email address <a href=\"mailto:rc-kosovo@kcsfoundation.org\">rc-kosovo@kcsfoundation.org<\/a> or by phone at the number: 038 600 634.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The Resource Center for Civil Society in Kosovo is a project co-financed by the European Union and Sweden and implemented by the Kosovo Foundation for Civil Society (KCSF) and Community Building Mitrovica (CBM).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The Resource Center for Civil Society in Kosovo will organize the training \u201cDevelopment of Logical Frameworks, Indicators and Theory of Change\u201d.
