The forum brought together participants from different sectors, including representatives from civil society organizations (CSOs), representatives of state institutions, financial institutions and the donor community, to discuss together on this draft law.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The discussion was preceded by the presentation of the legal analysis on the potential opportunities and shortcomings in the current draft law, after which the participants focused on its possible impacts, for the creation of a supportive and facilitating legal framework for the development of philanthropy in general.
