Vice President of the Joint Parliamentary Assembly ACP\/EU&nbsp;1994 \u2013 2004.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Policy priorities: Media policy, development policy,&nbsp;cultural&nbsp; policy, external economic relations, gender equality. Member of&nbsp;the Social Democratic Party of Germany (SPD) since 1964. Member of the&nbsp;SPD Executive Bureau 1988 \u2013 2005. Chair of the SPD women\u2019s organisation&nbsp;1992 \u2013 2004. Present functions include: Member of the Rundfunkrat&nbsp;(Broadcaster Council) of the Westdeutscher Rundfunk (WDR), Cologne, also&nbsp;Chairwomen of the Program Committee Member of the Program Advisory&nbsp;Board ARTE G.E.I.E., Strasbourg. Member of the Executive Bureau of the&nbsp;Women\u2019s Standing Committee of the Party of European Socialists (PES),&nbsp;Member of the SPD Media Committee and Member of the European Policy&nbsp;Committee of SPD.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>GISELA KALLENBACH&nbsp;<\/strong>is a former member of the European Parliament&nbsp;2004-2009 and current member of the Former Members Association. Between&nbsp;2009-2014 a Member of Parliament, Free State Saxony (Alliance90\/The&nbsp;Greens) Spokesperson for European affairs,&nbsp; environmental and urban&nbsp;development. From 2000 \u2013 2003, UNMIK Municipal Administrator at Peja. Between 2004 \u2013 2009 was a: Member of the European Parliament, GREENS\/EFA-Group, Member of Committee on Regional Development, Committee&nbsp;on Internal Market and Consumer Protection (Substitute), Committee on<br>Foreign Affairs (Substitute), Delegation for Relations with the countries of South-East Europe, Member and Delegation for Relations with&nbsp;India. Between 2003-2004 she was a personal advisor to the Commissioner&nbsp;for Environmental protection, Leipzig.
