Dr. Linda Hoxha is a lecturer in the Department of Psychology, at the University of Pristina “Hasan Prishtina”. Dr. Hoxha has a\u00a0 doctorate in Psychology, at the Ludwig Maximilians University, with the topic “Conceptions that Kosovar employees have about Creative Leadership: Research with combined methods”, and she also received her master’s degree at the Ludwig Maximilians University, in Psychology of Excellence in Business and Education, while he received his university degree in Psychology, at the Department of Psychology of the University of Pristina. Her research work and interests include topics related to leadership, creativity, personality traits, motivational factors, parenting styles, and academic stress. Dr. Hoxha worked for the organization Save the Children International and for the Kosovar Civil Society Foundation in the field of Monitoring and Evaluation, and Project Management.
