Focused on a discussion about creating an enabling ecosystem for voluntarism in Kosovo, the fourth Coordination Meeting of the USAID Citizen Engagement Activity brought together representatives of public institutions and civil society. Central to the discussion was the presentation of a comprehensive study on the ecosystem of volunteering practices and legal framework conducted by KCSF and TOKA. The meeting featured the presentation of tangible recommendations aimed at advancing policies and fostering a conducive ecosystem for volunteering in Kosovo.
