The Kosovar Civil Society Foundation (KCSF) invites 18-24 year olds from Kosovo to apply and become part of the fourth cohort of the Community Leadership Academy, which takes place within the Citizen Engagement Activity, a five-year initiative implemented in partnership with the USAID mission in Kosovo.
