The Resource Center for Civil Society in Kosovo is organizing the next training on the use of digital tools in Civil Society Organizations (CSOs).

The training “Using Digital Tools in the work of CSOs” aims to provide practical information and develop the necessary skills for the use of available digital tools and platforms, with the goal of improving communication, cooperation, and the overall efficiency of the organizations’ work.

When is the training held?

Dates: 24 and 25 September 2024, Prishtina

What will you learn in this training?

This training will focus, among other things, on the use of digital technologies most commonly used in the CSO sector, which will help you in your daily work, including: 

• Internal communication, professional cooperation, coordination and project management;
• Organizing and holding online events (seminars, trainings, conferences, etc.);
• Reaching the target audiences by better promoting the organization’s profile and work portfolio;
• Improving transparency;
• Encouraging innovation;
• Opportunities for continuous development of employees and organizational culture.

What do you benefit from participation on the training?

By participating in this training, you will:

• Familiarize yourself with the digital tools and platforms available to CSOs.
• Learn how to use these tools and platforms effectively to improve work efficiency and achieve your organization’s goals.
• Engage in networking opportunities with other CSO representatives and share best practices.
• Gain hands-on experience through demonstrations of how to use some of the tools discussed in the training.

Who can apply and what are the application criteria?

Civil society organizations interested in learning how to use digital tools effectively in their work are eligible to apply.

Each CSO should nominate 1 member to participate in the training based on their responsibilities within the organization.

Application criteria:

• To be a Civil Society Organization (CSO), registered in Kosovo;
• The CSO activity should also include work at the local level;
• To be involved in community activity and/or interest in involving citizens in the organization’s work.
