Vesa Ukaj Binaku brings over five years of experience in business administration and another five years in project coordination, specializing in training management and consultancy. Her expertise lies in capacity building for individuals, private enterprises, NGOs, and public institutions. During her five years at Sigma BMC, a management consultancy firm, Vesa has actively contributed to various impactful projects. These projects include labor market measures, economic empowerment, and career counseling for women and youth, as well as the development of professional packages. These initiatives were executed in collaboration with and supported by both international and local organizations.
Vesa holds a Master’s degree in Management and Informatics and a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from the University of Pristina. She is a certified trainer in Strategic Planning and Management and a certified Lead Implementer for the ISO 9001 Quality Management Standard. Most recently, she earned certification as a consultant in the “Growing Your Business” methodology, implemented by UNDP Kosovo under the Economic Sustainability Program.
Currently, Vesa serves as the Capacity Building Officer at the Civil Society Resource Center, a project executed by the Kosovo Civil Society Foundation (KCSF).
