Trina Binaku has studied Ethnology and Cultural Anthropology at the University of Pristina. At the beginning of her career, she was engaged as an intern in the University Program for Gender Studies and Research and as a volunteer in many national and international organizations. Then, in 2016, she joined the Youth Initiative for Human Rights in Kosovo (YIHR – KS). At YIHR KS, she coordinated the Program for Dealing with the Past, while in 2020 she was appointed as Program and Development Manager. In February 2022, she joined the Kosovar Civil Society Foundation as an Outreach and Grants Officer. She is a feminist activist.
