Ertan is Helvetas’ Representative in Kosovo, where he manages the Decentralization and Municipal Support Project and serves as Regional Advisor for Good Governance, bringing more than two decades of experience in democratization, local governance, and institutional reform.
His diverse background includes collaboration with UNDP, GIZ, the EU Office in Kosovo, the Association of Kosovo Municipalities, Action Against Hunger, and the European Agency for Reconstruction. Alongside his professional work, Ertan has also been active in academic research and teaching, including lecturing on European Integration and public administration reform.
