Bridget brings over 15 years of experience advancing democracy, human rights, and civil society around the world. In her current role with the National Endowment for Democracy, she oversees a global portfolio of programs that empower civic actors, promote democratic participation, and defend fundamental freedoms.
Previously, Bridget worked for the German Marshall Fund of the United States, focused on the Western Balkans. Throughout her career, she has worked closely with a wide range of partners, contributing to efforts that promote human rights and strengthen accountable governance. Bridget holds an academic background in political science and international development.
